Project Overview
Emotional dysregulation in parenting can significantly impair the development of a child.
I conducted primary research with parents and secondary research on emotion regulation theories to learn emotional dysregulation in parenting. The insights informed a cross-device concept connecting a smartphone and smartwatch to support real-time emotion recognition and regulation.
